This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Activity Rings Closer (“Application”) for Apple Watches, created by Liquid Thought, LLC. The Application enables users to set alerts that appear on the watch face and in notifications so they can quickly tell when they have not yet reached their activity goals.

User Provided Information: The Application does not collect, store, or retain personal information from users. The only information stored by the Application consists of alert settings selected by the user. This information is necessary for the Application to function properly and remains stored locally on the user's device.
Automatically Collected Information: The Application does not automatically collect information such as the type of watch you use, vendor-scoped device identifiers, your watch's operating system and version, or information about how you use the Application.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the watch?
The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your watch.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
The Application does not keep any user-provided information or collect any information automatically, and no third parties have access to the application.
If Liquid Thought, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, the Application will feature a prominent notice of any change in this privacy policy.
What are my opt-out rights?
The Application does not collect any information. If you feel uncomfortable using it, you can simply uninstall it.

The Application accesses Apple HealthKit data, including your Move, Exercise, and Stand ring progress, solely to display your activity ring status and send timely reminders. This data is read locally on your device and is never collected, stored, or transmitted to any server. Health data accessed through Apple HealthKit is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or marketing purposes, in accordance with Apple's HealthKit guidelines.
Children
The Application may be used by children and adults alike. The Application does not collect data from users, including children under the age of 13, and it is not used to solicit information from or market to children.
Security
The Application does not collect any data, so none of your information resides on our systems.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will post the new Privacy Policy here and the Application will feature a prominent notice of the change. You can check the version history of this policy.
