This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Jay (“Application”) for mobile devices, created by Liquid Thought, LLC. Jay is a companion for kids and understands speech much like Siri. Jay knows how to converse, likes to tell stories, and loves math games.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information: The Application does not keep any information spoken by the user. The information spoken by the user is used to form replies, but it is not kept beyond that.

Automatically Collected Information: The Application does not collect information automatically, such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, or information about the way you use the Application.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?

The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

The Application does not keep any user-provided information or collect any information automatically, and no third parties have access to the application.

If Liquid Thought, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, the Application will feature a prominent notice of any change in this privacy policy.

What are my opt-out rights?

The Application does not collect any information. If you feel uncomfortable using it, you can simply uninstall it.
